Good Job — End-User License Agreement
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of Good Job, a web application operated by Municipal Winemakers, LLC (“we”, “us”). Good Job is an internal production-management system and is not offered to the general public. By accessing the application you agree to the terms below.
1. License grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Good Job solely for the internal operations of Municipal Winemakers, LLC and its affiliated wine brands. No rights are granted to the underlying source code, trademarks, or intellectual property except as expressly stated here.
2. Permitted users
Access is limited to employees, contractors, and service providers of Municipal Winemakers, LLC who have been granted an account. You may not share your credentials or allow anyone outside the authorized user pool to access the application.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
- Do not use the application to violate any applicable law or regulation, including without limitation TTB, state ABC, and tax rules.
- Do not interfere with the integrity or performance of the application, including by probing, scanning, or circumventing authentication.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to upload.
4. Third-party integrations
Good Job connects to third-party services at your direction, including QuickBooks Online (Intuit) and Shopify. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We access only the data required for the authorized integration and only with the scopes you explicitly grant during OAuth authorization.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to this Agreement and the application will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your license ends immediately and you must cease all use of the application.
8. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue lies in the state and federal courts in Santa Barbara County, California.
9. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
