Before you get started.
A few practical answers about Good Job. If your question is specific to your winery, email hello@goodjob.wine.
Who is Good Job for?
Good Job is designed for wineries under 10,000 cases, especially small teams where the winemaker also handles production records. If you need a more complex setup, tell us about it before you commit.
What does it help me do?
Capture cellar activity, review the details and keep the resulting records with the lot. That gives you a place to look back at production history, work with costs and prepare draft reports for review.
How do I enter information?
Type a note or photograph a weigh tag. Review what Good Job extracts or interprets before confirming the record.
What happens when the free trial ends?
The trial lasts 30 days and doesn’t require a credit card. If you don’t subscribe, your account becomes read-only. See the Terms for account access, data export and retention details.
Why are there three prices?
The first 10 wineries pay $99/month. The next 15 pay $149/month. Standard pricing is $199/month after that. All three include the same features and unlimited team members. Your rate is locked at signup, forever.
Can I bring my existing spreadsheets?
Tell us what you’re using and which records you want to bring over. The useful starting point is a representative file and a clear idea of the history you need. We can then discuss the import and any cleanup before you decide how to proceed.
Will it work with my accounting or sales software?
The answer depends on the system and the workflow you need. Tell us whether you want to move costs, journal entries, products, inventory or orders. We’ll help you check the specific setup before you rely on it.
Does Good Job replace my bookkeeper or compliance professional?
No. It helps organize production information and provides draft reporting tools. Your bookkeeper or compliance professional still needs to review the records relevant to their work. Signing and filing reports remains your responsibility.
Can I take my records with me?
Good Job’s Terms provide for record exports in JSON or CSV. Attached files are listed in those exports, rather than bundled with them. Check the Terms for access and retention details, and keep your own copies of important records and source documents.
How is my data used?
You own the production records you put into Good Job. We use service providers to run the product and the integrations you choose to connect. We do not sell personal information or use your production records to train machine-learning models. The Privacy Policy explains what is processed and by whom.
What if I make more than 10,000 cases or operate more than one entity?
Email hello@goodjob.wine. We’ll discuss whether Good Job fits your operation and the appropriate pricing.
